David Fisichella has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Oceanography. He attended Northeastern University before beginning a career in aerospace technology. David’s passion for aviation began with radio control aircraft which lead to obtaining an FAA pilot certification in single engine, gliders, and unmanned aircraft. He was part of the original team at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution to incorporate radio-controlled aircraft for research in polar expeditions and deployment from research vessels. David served on the National Science Foundation’s Scientific Committee for Oceanographic Aircraft Research. Send Email
